Post-construction cleanup: what most contractors miss

A contractor's job ends at the punch list. Ours starts where theirs leaves off — and the gap is usually wider than the client expects.

Drywall dust is the headline problem. It coats every horizontal surface, settles into HVAC vents, sticks to glass, and hides in track-style window frames where a vacuum won't reach.

The other forgotten items: paint splatter on baseboards and floors, adhesive residue from protective films, sanding dust inside cabinets and drawers, and debris that's slipped behind appliances during install.

Our post-construction punch list covers every one of those — handed back as a walk-through-ready space for staging, photos, or move-in. We coordinate directly with GCs and PMs so the transition from build to handover doesn't bottleneck on the cleaning.
